How do I edit the project information that displays in the Resource Directory?
Once the projects have been imported into the Command Center, there are a few steps you’ll want to take to have them display in the Resource Directory in Show The Way.
Edit the project details:
In the Command Center, navigate to the Projects module from the left side menu.
Open a project by double clicking on it; or select it and use the Open button that appears on the top menu bar.
In the new screen that opens, you can view information that was imported from HMIS. You can also add additional project information, such as the hours of operation, website, a description, etc.
Please note: For the project to be displayed in the Resource Directory, it must have an address. If there was not an address for the project in HMIS, it should be added there. Then, we can refresh the import with the new information. Please submit a support request on our virtual Help Desk for assistance.
To display services in the Resource Directory, you’ll want to add tags for the Project. If a service hasn’t yet been created as a tag, simply click the Plus sign within the Tags screen to create a new tag. You’ll want to name it and select a color for the tag.
